1. Introduction

Welcome to Live Flow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Live Flow platform, event registration services, and connected wearable technology (such as RFID badges or NFC wristbands) at participating events.

2. Registration and Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account details.

3. Wearable Devices and Event Services

Live Flow provides systems for access control, cloakroom management, and event interactions via wearable devices. By linking a wearable device to your profile, you authorise Live Flow and the event organiser to track your attendance and manage your event balance and activities during the event.

4. Event Balances and Credits

The Live Flow platform operates using a virtual credit or coupon system assigned by the event organiser. This is not a real-money payment system and credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred outside of the event. All credits are valid only for the duration of the specific event.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Flow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform at events.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
